WE ALL HAVE THEM AND THEY ALL STINK AND FILL UP THE TOILET!
Boy oh boy am i stressed today!! I mean so stressed I gave myself a headache! I have been trying for THREE years to figure out what I want to do with the rest of my life and I can never seem to make up my mind! I choose one thing and start it and then something else comes along and I get all flustered. Right now I have two options on the table... Teaching or Veterinary Technician... what to do! I have gone through the pros and cons of each and still i just dont know. Both jobs would be amazing and I would love going to work everyday so how do i choose? Any help here?!? I need to make a decision... soon... i can't keep going back and forth! those of you who know me and who know my personality... what should i do?!?!?!

Life's a beach...
Well our camping extravaganza that I was oh so excited about was a total BUST!! Let's just face it, I'm not the camping type, no shame! Sure I can handle four wheeling, muddin, fishing every now and then... but not camping. It started off great, we were STOKED about it! We got to Cedar Hill at about 2:00 and checked into our site and got everything unloaded. Christine and I immediately realized that it was SCORTCHING outside, but we tried our best (for about an hour) not to complain, lol that didn't last. We poured some drinks to cool off and just sat around chatting for a bit, which was fine. We had all three dogs with us as well as Chad and Christine's dog Chloe (aka Bonce Face) haha. Tim and I had bought a tie out for them so we could just tie them up and not worry. Well, DUMB OLE ME, decided we would give Lucy a chance to be untied while we were all just sitting around... umm that was my first mistake... she immediately took of gallopping through the woods as i chased her getting stickaboroughs all over me... this went on for about 15 minutes! Then we decided we would go swimming... we had to leave the pups because they werent allowed in the "designated swimming area", which was a JOKE! Tim, Chad and I got in the water... we quickly began to sink in MUD and MUCK, so we decided we would just go fishing... the guys fished for a while as Christine and I sat in the truck complaining to one another about the trip. Finally we headed back to the campsite (we were gone about an hour and a half) when we got there guess who was missing... RICKY (i got my way and changed his name hehe)!!! I began panicing wondering where he went... we searched and searched through the woods and finally went to the rangers and told them he was missing... they hadn't heard anything or seen him at all... i burst into tears!!! We drove around for a while looking and finally Christine called and said the park ranger came by and said they had found him... whew boy was i relieved! We got back to the campsite and we were all hungry so we grilled burgers and roasted weenies... which was followed by some card playing and SMORES! yummm... definately the best part ;)! We went and showered which was great since they had COlD water and i was sweating so bad! Then we went to bed! After Ricky's escape I was too afraid to leave the dogs tied up all night... so i hearded all three of them into the tent.... BAD IDEA... lil pup and Ricky did fine... Lucy however began panting uncontrollably and I soon realized it was way too hot for her... so I took her out tied her up and gave her some water... I got back into the tent and tried sleeping but i was hot, uncomfortable and worried about Lucy... she is an escape artist!! Tim finally got fed up and told me to take Lucy and Lil pup and go sleep in the truck with the AC on... FINE BY ME... I slept ok except for my random arm pain (which i still havent figured out). About 1:30 I got a knock at my window... Christine! I woke up and opened the door and she proceeded to tell me that ants had overtaken thier tent so they were sleeping in the truck... we came up with the plan that in the morning when the guys went fishing her and i would come home and bring the dogs back and hang out in the AC and get some sleep and then go back tonight for fireworks... well by morning ants had overtaken EVERYTHING! we were all fed up and decided to lose out on the 20 bucks and come home!
I am so happy to be inside in the AC with all three of my puppies safe! Tonight we will do more civilized events that we know we'll love... dinner and drinks... maybe fireworks!
It's funny how the things we get most excited for, never turn out how we planned... oh well we live and learn... Tim has come to learn and accept that his wife isnt a happy camper!

It's been a while!
So maybe I haven't written in what seems like a decade, but life has been a little hectic! So bare with me this will be kind of a long one!
In february Tim and I added a new family member to our lives, Lucy, she is a Siberian Husky and boy is she BEAUTIFUL... she was still in the awkward stage at 7 months when we got her but she is turning one this month and she is just gorgeous. We tossed around the idea of breeding but then just kind of quit thinking about it due to the fact that huskies are great but two of them AND lil puppy in an apartment EEK!
A month and a half ago Tim and I got fed up with apartment life and decided we would get a house... we searched and searched until we found the perfect place! Its a 3 bed/ 2 bath/ 2 car garage! I love it... the kitchen is HUGE! vaulted cielings archway leading the the hallway! its a beauty! we couldnt be happier!
Well now that we have a back yard Tim and I began discussing breeding again but this time we went through with it and 2 days ago we added another siberian husky to the family. His name is Spike (i wanted ricky but hey whose complainin!) he is black and white and has 2 piercing blue eyes. He is only 3 months old which is fine Lucy won't be ready to breed for a while yet! So now its me, tim and our 3 pups!
I applied to the Veterinary Technology program here in Fort Worth and got my official acceptance letter in the mail yesterday. I was ecstatic and immediately called my mom, who i wish would be more supportive... I know that she is kind of wrapped up in her licensing test coming up but i didnt even get a congrats... what i did get was,,, well they dont make very much, gee thanks! Yea they only start at about 36,000 but who cares... why cant it be ok for me to just do what i love! anyway i know she is just stressed!
Tim is playing softball with a team on base here... they arent very good lol, which could be because they drink beer in the dugout lol, but hey they have a great time! He is also going to school for his associates in Construction Technology so i am proud of him :).
The 4th of July is right around the cornor and I couldnt be more excited! We are going camping for the weekend with our friends Chad and Christine! We have made other friends here too, but Christine and Chad are the only other couple who dont have kids and we just kind of clicked with them. Christine is great and I am so glad I have found a friend in her, it helps me get through the times when i just want to pack up and move back to gulfport where i know people! Tiffany is one of the other wives and she is awesome, her and Donnie have a baby so they cant go out much but she is great to hang out with. All the guys that Tim works with are great and they are super laid back which is a nice change from battallion life!
Other than that life is just... well passing by! I hope everyone has an awesome 4th!!! have fun and be safe :)

Lovin Texas!
Well we made it!!! We are now oficially Texans, Tim for the first time, but for me my heart has always been in Texas! I love it here in Fort Worth! We have been having so much fun together and just exploring the area... and its beautiful! Tim and I are planning on him finishing his two years that he has left and then settling in somewhere here in texas not sure where yet, but who cares as long as it's in texas! hehe!
The next couple months are going to be INSANELY jammed packed with to-do's!!! I am ready to face them all full force and mark them off one by one! Next weekend I will be venturing to Houston for a full weekend. My sis and I have big shopping plans... lots to decide on for the baby shower! Then on sunday the 8th I will be taking Alyssa (oldest neice) to see the Jonas Brothers, wow talk about one excited 12 year old, I think it may have been her best bday gift yet! Then on March 13 my BFF is coming to Fort Worth to visit and I cant wait to see her and her husband! We are sending Eli to the hockey game with tim while Shawnna and I do baby stuff (yes everyone is pregnant lol, except me lol). Then Dan and Carin will be coming home from Iraq and Tim is so excited to see his brother. Then in April I have my moms Graduation (getting her Masters in Nursing heck yea!) we are all so proud of her... the day after that is my sis baby shower! Finally in May we will get to meet little Robbie (Robert Chapman Black) I am sooooooo excited to meet him! See told ya it was a long list lol.
Other than that there really isnt much going on in my life... so i wont continue to bore you!!! look soon and i might have something interesting to say lol!
